What about payment part ? Is advance deposit required?
We initiate the booking and confirmation on the itinerary, once a nominal deposit of US$100 or a 10% of the total tour cost (whichever is more) is deposited towards the tour cost of itinerary.

Advance is an authorization from your side towards blocking services/reservations. We need to put money to block rooms, to buy train tickets, to pay advance to certain rural hotel or beach resort during peak time etc.

Balance however can be settled 30-15 days prior to your arrival in India, In extreme cases we even accept money upon arrival, provided, the advance sent by you covers your minimum stay and services rendered by Toshali Holidays.

On line payment transactions can be done through payment gateway on the site, or through credit card, through a wire transfer to our Bank Account.

PERSONAL Information that I part with on the net, is it safe?
Correspondence exchanged between Toshali Holidays and Client is kept confidential and is destroyed after the transaction is completed. Moreover your profile (name, Email ID, address, Telephone number) will be used only to communicate with you in regards to the services you are buying or availing. At no time will this profile is misused.

What about Indian Visa?
You may please get in touch with the Indian High Commission, located in your country, or visit the websites of the respective high commission. The counselor will appraise you with the other formalities required. For more details, check out our travel information section.

Any cancellation policies apply?
Please see the Cancellation policies in our Terms & Conditions section. In case of any clarification, you may contact us.

Nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking is required. For example-hotels in Goa, stand alone boutique or heritage hotels, health and well being spas, Bangaram Island Resort in Lakshadweep, hotels in Buddhist sector and wildlife resort etc.

Hence, you are requested to please check with us regarding the refund policy for such hotels. No cancellation shall apply on Domestic airfares in case tickets are booked by us.
