ACROSS KASHMIR TO LADKAH

Day 1 Srinagar via Sonamarg to Kargil
After breakfast at your houseboat at Srinagar, drive to Kargil 205 kms, en-route visit Sonamarg, cross over Zojila pass at 3900 meters and Drass village 2nd coldest place on earth. You may occasion on a rare sight of Red Fox. Arrive Kargil in the evening and checkin at hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 Kargil - Ulleytokpo Camp
After breakfast drive towards Leh en-route overnight at Ulleytokpo Camp 160 km or in Alchi. On the way visit Mulbekh rock cut statue and Lamayuru lunar landscapes. Arrive Ulley/Alchi and checkin at hotel. Late lunch at hotel. Dinner & overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 Ulley - Leh
After breakfast drive to Leh 70 km, en-route visit Likir, the confluence of the mighty Indus & Zanskar river and the Hall of Fame. Arrive Leh and checkin at the hotel. After Lunch visit Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa. Dinner & overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 Leh
After Breakfast proceed for a full day Indus Valley tour to visit Shey Palace, Thiksey, Hemis & Stok Monasteries. Picnic lunch for the day on the banks of Indus River. Evening free at the market. Dinner & overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 Leh - Nubra Valley
After breakfast drive through the World's highest motorable road - Khardongla Pass at 18360 ft, and enter Nubra Valley. Visit Diskit & Hunder Monasteries and white sand dunes with perhaps a Camel Safari. Overnight at the Camp / Hotel.

Day 6 Nubra - Leh
After breakfast visit Samstanling Monastery. Picnic lunch by riverside and drive back to Leh via Khardongla pass, Evening free for exploring the colorful local shops at Moti market bazaars. Dinner & overnight is at hotel.

Day 7 Leh - Pangong Lake - Leh
After breakfast proceed to an excursion to Pangong Lake 135 kms one of the biggest natural brackish lakes in Asia. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the Lake side. Dinner & overnight at the Hotel in Leh.

Day 8 Leh onward flight
After breakfast transfer to the airport to board flight for onward destination.
