Kashmir, an angler's paradise, with a network of rivers and streams as well as high altitude lakes abounding in trout - both brown and rainbow. The river Sindh & Lidder offer some of the finest mountain river trout fish in the world. The natural environment for trout, as their waters are swollen during the summer by melting glaciers.

At this time they offer very demanding spot, compelling the angles to fish deeply on the edge of the rock strew torrent. A day spent amongst the pristine beauty , with the sound of the streaming water meandering through rugged bolder - strew river, will forever remain of the memory.

Day 01: Arrive Delhi
On arrival in New Delhi, Capital of India you willclear the immigration and customs and be met by our representative outside in the Arrival hall, Where you will be escorted and transferred to hotel by a pre appointed car and chauffere, The room(s) are held on immediate occupancy basis. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Delhi
Full day car driver and English speaking guide will show the sights of Delhi, including Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Chandini Chowk, Raj Ghat (Mahatma Gandhi memorial) Qutub minar, Humanyun's tomb, visit the President palace, Parliament (drive past) visit the commercial centre - Connaught palace. After finishing your tour you will be dropped back to your Hotel

Day 03: Delhi - Srinagar
One-hour classic flight over the Himalaya's the capital of Kashmir, Srinagar (5200 fts) often referred as the "Venice of the East". We paddle across the Dal Lake to our houseboat constructed of Cedar wood. A soft subtle fragrance, with elaborately carved walls and ceilings, a large veranda, sitting room, dinning room, are all the luxuries at your disposal, Dinner and overnight in Houseboat.

Day 04: Srinagar
Morning Shikara ride to the backwaters of the lake. Paddling through Lotus and Lily beds, vegetable gardens, floating gardens, if you wish you can fish in the lake. Back to boats for lunch. After lunch sightseeing to the Mughal garden of Nishat and Shalimar built in 16th century by Mughals.
Overnight in houseboat.

Day 05: Srinagar - Sonamarg (84 kms/03 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Sonamarg, a very beautiful and scenic drive through villages and along the river Sindh. Arrive Sonamarg (7200 fts) often referred as the meadow of Gold, abandoned in wild flower through the summer and lovely views of the Himalaya's. Here we camp for next few days (depending on your choice) next to river Sindh. The camp is comfortable with beds, chairs, carpets etc. Afternoon free or fish in River Sindh. Dinner at overnight at camp.

Day 06: Sonamarg
Full day for fishing with expert Gillies, or Shikaries, these men know the waters intimately - in many cases their fathers and grandmothers before them have accompanied visiting anglers on fishing trips. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07: Sonamarg
Full day for fishing. Evening walk or rest around the camp.

Day 08: Sonamarg
Full day for fishing. Evening walk or rest around the camp.

Day 09: Sonmarg - Srinagar
Morning angling till afternoon after lunch depart for Srinagar to houseboat. Overnight to be spent at houseboat

Day 10: Srinagar
Full day excursion to Gulmarg, the meadow of flowers here you can horse ride or play golf on the highest nine hole course in the world.
Afternoon drive back to houseboat. Overnight to be spent at houseboat.

Day 11: Srinagar - Delhi - Agra
After breakfast transfer to the Airport for flight to Delhi, on arrival pick up from the Airport and drive to Agra. On arrival check in into hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 12: Agra
Morning take a city tour covering - Taj Mahal, Red Fort. In the afternoon take an excursion to old deserted town of Mughal dynasty. Overnight at hotel.

Day 13: Agra - Delhi - Departure Delhi
Check out at Noon and After Lunch Embark on the journey back home as you drive back to Delhi, enroute visiting Sikandara, the Tomb of Emperor Akbar. Arrive Delhi, Dinner at a local restaurant. Transfer to Airport to catch International flight.
