butter along with red chilly powder is very liberally used in almost all

At certain places, non vegetarian pattern of food is also followed due to the scarcity of fresh vegetables. A plethora of sweet dishes also are an inseparable constituent of a Rajasthani menu. Each region has its own unique sweet. Bikaner is known for Rasagullas, Mewar for Sooley, Jodhpur for Ladoos, Pushkar for Malpua, Ajmer for Soan Halwa, Alwar for Mawa and Bharatpur is famous for sweets made from milk.
