Day 2: Shimla On the second day you will be driven towards numerous famous tourist spots of the region. Visit Jakhu Temple- a very well known temple situated at the top of the hill to seek blessings of the almighty. An hour long enthralling trek takes you to the renowned temple known for stunning vistas, presence of numerous monkeys and for being the place where as per legends, Lord Hanumana had rested. Later walk down to the bustling mall & indulge in shopping spree. Also explore the Ridge and the State Museum for a quick and interesting peep into the city’s history and culture. Later drive back to hotel in Shimla.
Day 3: Shimla Spend the day exploring the neighborhood or take a small nature walk around and then return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4: Shimla- Dharamshala Drive to Dharamshala. Dharamshala has everything for a perfect holiday. The suburbs of Mcleodganj and Forsytheganj, retains a British flavor and colonial lifestyle. At Dharmashala the rest of the day will be free for leisure.
Day 5: Dharamshala- Mcleodganj- Dharamshala Enjoy local sightseeing today. Set on a sightseeing tour of Dharmshala and first visit a quaint little town, Mcleodganj. Also known as "Little Tibet" Mcleodganj is the place of residence of Dalai Lama. At the start of Mcleodganj is a small bazaar filled with variety of Tibetan handicrafts and artefacts. At the end of the spur lies the Namgyal Monastery, providing tranquility and solace perfect for a rejuvenating sojourn to the hills.
